About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly person who’s comfortable with computers and has a professional phone manner.
This role is about supporting our busy team and helping keep things running smoothly.
If you’re someone who works well following clear instructions, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to contribute positively, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly and politely
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Performing accurate data entry and filing
- Processing invoices and customer payments
- Ordering parts and managing returns
- Preparing quotes as directed
- Keeping our systems running efficiently by supporting daily office tasks
